7. False or Abusive Notices

8. Repeat Infringement

Users and artist account holders should submit only material they have the right or authorization to publish. This includes images, biographies, lyrics, annotations, links, artwork, and other content.

Submitting material to Pawòl Ayiti does not transfer ownership of that material to Pawòl Ayiti unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
